ADA Stair System
A new ADA stair system for Desert Hills of New Mexico Health Center required careful demolition of the original stairs and railing. All railings have ADA extensions and the new stair system complies with updated code requirements and a larger top landing. Stringers are 12” x 2” rectangular tubing with concrete-filled treads. Custom railing with expanded metal is applied per clients’ security concerns. Custom painted to match existing trim color.
