NMSU Steel Upgrades

A recent large renovation project at Jett Hall within New Mexico State University brought many challenges and triumphs. Pascetti Steel was awarded the contract for all structural, miscellaneous, and site railings for the complete remodel of the outdated and underutilized engineering building originally from the 1950s. Just a few of the items fabricated and installed are structural HVAC frames, complete joist and deck package, custom stairs, railings, and access ladders.

Working within strict university, state, and Federal guidelines and adhering to established AISC procedures. The project was completed on schedule despite many additional change orders and the ever-increasing tight job site area. Pascetti Steel is the first choice for this type of difficult and specialized type of construction. Please contact us today for any questions or would like to request a proposal for your next custom or specialty fabrication project.

Placing a large HVAC frame on top of the roof, this frame was assembled on the ground then lifted in one piece to help keep the schedule moving along quickly. This frame will hold multiple air-handling units and chillers. NMSU, Las Cruces NM.
