Meet The Team

Damian is an entrepreneur with a dynamic work ethic. He is the owner of Pascetti Steel and has been in the fabrication business for over 30 years. Damian loves to golf, mountain bike, snowboard, and spend time with his wife (Tammy) and three kids!

Danine is the heart of the office! She is our amazing bookkeeper, sales director and office manager. In her free time she is a writer, rescue dog mom and loves spending time with her family and three beautiful granddaughters!

Kevin brings over 20 years of expertise in estimating and steel to our team. When he’s not working, he enjoys riding dirt bikes and spending quality time with his family, combining his passion for loud, fast things with a love for adventure.

Thomas comes to us from Las Vegas, NV, bringing extensive experience in the steel industry. His expertise in estimating has made him an invaluable part of our team, ensuring that projects are completed with precision and efficiency. Since joining us, Thomas has quickly become a wonderful addition!

Zoe has been an integral part of the Pascetti team for (4) years. Starting in an admin role, she quickly worked her way up to project management, where her skills have been invaluable. Beyond work, Zoe is passionate about giving back to the community and volunteering her free time.

Installation Foreman Luis has many years of experience in fabrication. He is talented in everything he does. He is a family man that spends most of his free time with his wife and kids. We are excited to have Luis on our team!

Cameron brings years of hands-on experience as a skilled fabricator, returning to our team after successfully owning and operating his own business. We’re excited to have him back on board!

Efrain Zamarron is one of our newer team members. He has been working at Pascetti for three months. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids during his spare time.

Casey Wes Dahozy is from the Navajo reservation. When he’s not spending his days off traveling, you can catch him outside, hiking and spending time with his dog Floki.

Josh is Damian’s son and the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree with him. Josh graduated high school early at the age of 17. His hard work has paid off and he is taking the world by storm!

George is Damian’s dad and George has taught Damian everything he knows about the fabrication industry. Although George is officially retired, that doesn’t stop him from spending some of his days still in the shop.

Sofie is an adorable rescued lab. She has a hard job here at Pascetti Steel. She spends most of her longs days in the office chewing on everything in sight. Sofie is wooftastic and we love having her here with us.
