This heavy-duty J-bolt is ideal for larger and heavier gates.  These hinges will swing a full 180 degrees if installed without a stop. The hinge is made up of a mounting plate (flange) and J-Bolt threaded arm. The hinge pivots on a steel ball bearing and includes a grease fitting to keep the bearing lubricated.  Rated for heavy gates up to 600 lbs.

Custom Concealment Plates

Concealment plates are perfect for closing the gap created when using adjustable hinges, they also hide the hinge mechanism (depending on side).  Typically, this gap is 2”-3” and the plates are fastened with self-taping screws in the field after gate installation.  Keep in mind these plates will only allow the gate to swing one way; opposite the side which the plate is installed.
